LOOKING TOWARDS 2010
Heading into the new year we are very excited with a new collaborative media project that is emerging from the plann.
Despite the recession, or perhaps just rising to the financial challenges it presented, Liss Fain Dance had a banner year, returning to Europe to perform for old friends in Warsaw, Poland and Minsk, Belarus then greeting new fans in our debut visit to St. Petersburg, Russia and the White Nights Festival, where the company performed to a sold-out hall of 800 cheering residents.

NEW CORPORATE SUPPORTERS
The company also expanded our
corporate sponsorship with grants and support from Google Grants, Vertical Response, the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, the Polish Cultural Institute, the Russian Consulate in San Francisco—and a host of local supporters both new and old.
We are particularly excited about the synergy created by the grant from Google, which will provide a platform of free web advertising to get our message out to a broader audience, and the grant from Vertical Response, which enables us, free of charge, to send you these newsletters, eBlasts and other digital communications. Compliments of the Google grant, we will be placing ads on Google search pages aimed at bringing visibility to special events, performances and our web presence (website, Facebook pages, YouTube videos, etc).
